Advance registration has been closed.

We encourage participants to register in advance. The registration fee should be paid on or before May 15^th, 2006 to receive the benefit of a reduced registration fee. Full registration fees are due after May 15^th, 2006.
All Workshop attendees, including speakers, must pay registration fees.

The registration fees for participants cover:

• admission to the Workshop,
• book of abstracts distributed on site
• copy of the proceedings
• Thursday and Friday lunches and all coffee breaks
• Wednesday and Thursday dinner banquet

• Advance registration fees (received on or before May 15^th, 2006) $300 USD, €240 EURO or 33,000 JPY
• Registration fees - $350 USD, €280 EURO or 38,000 JPY
• Guest fees - $30 USD, €25 EURO or 4,000 JPY

　Registration fees can be paid using any of the following methods.
There will also be onsite registration, but at higher rates. After May 15th, only the higher registration fees will be accepted. Forms not accompanied by payment or with incomplete or incorrect credit card information will be considered “late” and the higher rates will be collected onsite at the Conference.

  Please ensure that the bank transfer states "ENDE2006 JIMUKYOKU". Care must be taken to ensure that transfer fees are charged to the registered participant. A copy of all transfer documents should be provided to the ENDE Secretariat for receiving full credit. (ENDE2006 and the name of the registrant and his/her institution must be clearly identified)

• Checks made payable to Iwate University - Workshop ENDE2006 for the full amount in USD, EURO or JPY.

Guests and accompanying persons are welcome. However a registration fee of $30 must be paid to cover costs of the dinner banquet on June 15^th, 2006. The registration fee for accompanying persons may be paid using any of the four methods described for conference participants.

Please use the registration form (will be available from April 1^st, 2006) and indicate accompanying person in the title.
