Oral Session
Guidelines
|

Speakers in the Oral sessions will have twenty (20) minutes for presentation
and discussion. All speakers are requested to report to the session chairmen
at least ten (10) minutes before the session starts. The workshop will
provide overhead projectors as well as a laptop and video projectors for
electronic presentations. Participants should provide their Microsoft PowerPoint
presentations on a CD or USB flash memory to the registration desk prior
to their presentation.
If any
special facilities are needed for the presentation, please contact the
conference secretariat at least three weeks before the Workshop starts.

Poster Session Guidelines |

- Poster session has 1.5 hours.
- The size of the poster boards
provided for poster presentations is 180cm width X 90cm height of surface
area.
- The poster should include a brief
introduction, method showing results, and conclusions. The paper title,
author(s)'s name(s), and affiliation should appear at the top of the
poster.
- All presenters are required to stay
near their poster panel during the poster session to facilitate
discussions with participants.

The Workshop will be held in Hotel APPI Grand, which is located in Hachimantai-shi. The room rates of this hotel for
the participants of ENDE2006 Workshop will be 10,000JPY/single or 16,000JPY/twin
(including breakfast and tax).@These rates are the special rates for the
participants of ENDE2006 Workshop.
For making a hotel room reservation you can download the registration form
from here and send it to ENDE secretariat (+81-19-621-6890, hkiku@iwate-u.ac.jp)
by fax or mail.
If you book the hotel room by yourself, you cannot receive the special rates for ENDE2006. Please use reservation form above.
Your hotel room reservation must be received no later than May 31, 2006 in order for you to receive the special ENDE2006 Workshop rates.
You may find other hotel room around APPI, however, there is no transportation around there and we cannot offer any transportation. These are inconvenient for you. We recommend you to book the room of Hotel APPI Grand.
